Recently, I lost my job. I have been working at the same place for over ten years now. Because of state-of-the-art technology, my position was taken over by a machine. Most of the other positions also will be taken over by machines. We are now all out of work.
I've been trying to apply for other jobs, but I have been collecting unemployment and now it is just about to run out. I have still not found a job, so I am compelled to take measures. I have been living in the same house since I acquired this job. It was actually the house I was married in and it was the house my children were raised in. Due to my lower income, I am going to need to move into a loft. The house I am currently living in has just about five bedrooms.
There are four bedrooms upstairs and there is a bedroom downstairs that was a basement before. I have furniture for all of those rooms. Now I'm moving into a studio, I'm going to need to do something with all of my furniture.
This furniture means a lot to me so I don't wish to sell it. I may be able to sell a couple of things, but all this furniture had been handed down from my pop to me. I would like to get a local NYC mini storage unit to put all of my furniture in while I am moving to an apartment. My little girl has been searching for local storage NYC units.
She said she had found the ideal one for me, but I'm not sure. We intend to both need to go look at it so I can decide if this is where I would like to put the majority of my things till I am able to afford a home again.
