City Gate Is Singapore's Largest And Most Luxurious Iconic Masterpiece

By Lewis Roe

One of the first things that people feel when they look at the CityGate Singapore is that it is very elaborate. It is a building that towers above all others. However, from the outside, you can only see a small piece of how impressive it truly is. To discover that, you simply have to walk inside and within a glimpse around, you will notice it is a world within a world that is unmatched by all other condominiums.

One of the truly unique features that sets CityGate Singapore apart from other condominiums is the way it has everything inside of it that you could possibly need to survive and never leave home again. It has a three storey carpark for personal vehicles and a three storey area for businesses. There are several restaurants and even a supermarket inside this area.

The view from the remaining 30 storeys of City Gate is something that most people truly savor when they first start looking into living there. The windows and private balconies all look out up the best areas of Singapore, so that residents will never grow tired of the view. From the south and eastern sides they can see the Kallang Basin. If they choose to call the other side home, they get a view of the constant hustle and bustle of the Kampong Glam area. Both day and night, either view is worth experiencing.

If you visit the sky parks which are located in two different areas, you will find contemporary facilities and a gorgeous view of both natural and cityscape views. Either way, whether you choose the sky terrace on the 6 th or the 24 th storey, you will not be disappointed by the view from above our beautiful city's most busy areas.

When the developers began dreaming of CityGate Singapore, the location was very important. With this in mind, it is in an area that connects some of the most popular routes and modes of transportation. The Nicoll Highway MRT is within a five minute walk by ground, but you can also reach it from the second storey and a link bridge on the second floor so you can avoid dodging the traffic on Beach Road. From there, the Stadium, the Bugis interchange, and the Marina Bay interchange are easily reachable, as is the Dhoby Ghaut or other popular areas.

Driving from CityGate Singapore is also easier than you may expect considering it is in the heart of Singapore's most busy areas. You can reach most areas within a mere 10 minute drive, whether you want to visit the ECP, CBD, MCE, KPE or even Orchard Road. This means that regardless of where life needs to take you on any given day, everything is within your reach. It does not matter whether you choose to drive or choose to take advantage of Singapore's public transportation.

CityGate Singapore offers home selections for you to pick from. You can enjoy a small one bedroom condominium or you can choose a one bedroom penthouse suite condo. There are condos that are two and three bedrooms. There are penthouses that range up to four bedrooms. They are each available in a variety of square feet sizes. Each of these condos, regardless of which you may choose, will have a private balcony, a full kitchen and dining area, as well as other parts to make it special and uniquely yours.

Stop living in the past and take a look at what the future of CityGate Singapore can do for you and your family. The commercial areas ensure that you never run out of things to do. However, if that is not enough, there are also swimming areas located both on and off the property. Beach routes can easily take your family to the Kallang Riverside, the Gardens by the Bay area, and the Sport Hub. All of these things combined with the unique overall design of City Gate make it a true iconic masterpiece. Which part of CityGate will you enjoy the most? Which part of living here could you embrace and enjoy to the fullest? If you are not sure yet, perhaps it is time to look a little harder to see what it has to offer you and your family. They will be happy you did.
